Multi-Agency Partnership Formed to Uncover Leads in the Sacaton Arizona John Doe Case

November 30th, 2024

DNAhawkshaw Genetic Genealogy, in partnership with Fair IGG, is honored to once again collaborate with the Pima County (AZ) Office of the Medical Examiner to utilize Forensic Investigative Genetic Genealogy (FIGG) in generating leads towards the identification of Sacaton Arizona John Doe 1988.

Discovered on October 19th, 1988, the remains of this 17 to 21-year-old unidentified male were found near Sacaton, Arizona. He is believed to be a victim of homicide. He has gone unidentified for over 36 years.

In a strategic alliance, DNAhawkshaw Genetic Genealogy, Fair IGG, a team of independent FIGG analysts, and Intermountain Forensics will work together to give this young man his name back. This is made possible only through generous tax-deductible donations from the public. To help, please click on the button at the bottom of the page.
